     At present we can offer our services with 22 traction engines with refrigerators and 14 traction engines with tented semi-trailers meeting Euro 3 and Euro 5 standards. The modern new fleet consists of traction engines of well-known makes of 2004-2008 (Mercedes Benz, MAN, DAF), Krone, Schmitz (90 m3) semi-trailers and Lamberet refrigerators. All tented semi-trailers can be loaded from the sides, from the rear or from the top.

     Rokauta UAB also holds CEMT permits. For the transportation of high-demand goods the company has a bank guarantee for the amount of EUR 60,000. We can also carry hazardous (ADR) cargoes. We also carry various cargoes in the territory of Lithuania.

Transportation of bulk cargoes by tipper lorries.

    To carry such cargoes we have over 10 dumper trucks of high load capacity to carry bulk cargoes (bituminous concrete, grit, sand, etc.). For many years we have been cooperating with various construction companies and road construction and maintenance companies, which is why we have vast experience and professional drivers to carry out such transportation.

Training of drivers and raising the level of their qualifications.

   We train drivers of vehicles of all categories. The school is a member of the Lithuanian Association of Driving and Professional Development Schools. Our teachers have vast experience in teaching and driving. The driving and teaching skills of our employees are continuously improved through special courses. They provide high-quality training for the drivers-to-be in the field of safe driving. For training we use new Opel Astra cars also used for driving examinations by Regitra VĮ. Driving practice is available at your preferred time.


     In our training rooms you will be introduced to the automobile structure and will have an opportunity to study all nodes right there. Theoretical lectures take place in computerized rooms using various tools to learn the rules of the road, safe driving and other methodical tools. The rooms are equipped with a lot of visual tools such as illuminated indicator boards with crossroads and car models. The students are given various consultations. During the lectures various tools vividly demonstrating driving mistakes and possibilities of their removal are used. Real situations arising when driving on the road are analyzed. The time of lectures may be adjusted according to the students’ preferences.


    It is very important for us to take care of our students to the end, so they are taken to the place of theoretical and practical driving examinations and taken care of until they pass their last examination.

Training international transportation drivers.

 

     Rokauta UAB trains professional international transportation drivers. They have a 2-month probation programme when they get familiarized with repairing procedures, documentation and other peculiarities of international transportation and wonderful conditions for practical professional development when drivers are let on probation on real trips.
The training programme comprises two stages:
     1. 170 hours of theoretical and practical training and probation in local transportation by road-trains.
    2. 170 hours of theoretical and practical training and probation in international transportation.
    During the first training stage of this programme the trainee acquires theoretical knowledge and skills in local transportation, cargo loading and unloading, storage and filling in trip and cargo documentation.
    Practical training covers technical maintenance of road-trains, methods of removing possible failures, driving a road-train on confined areas and in specific situations. It also provides knowledge of consumable materials used focusing on peculiarities of tyre use and the trainee’s work on local transportation trips.


    The second stage continues after the driver acquires driving experience on local trips.
The theoretical training programme covers transport logistics, procedures of local and international transportation set by transport organisations, international conventions and treaties regulating international transportation, filling in documents, work and rest schedule requirements and peculiarities of road traffic rules in European countries.


    During the practical part of training the trainee on probation goes on international trips to improve professional skills.
    The company’s tractor fleet basically consists of new tractors. They are driven by experienced drivers able to not only professionally control the tractors but also convey their experience to drivers-to-be, which we have become sure of while training new drivers.
     During the training the trainee on probation learns not only to park the road-train at the unloading platform but also to use loading and unloading mechanisms, fills in several packages of cargo documentation and, what is the most important, gets the feeling of the road-train run by the engine of over 400 HP and weighing about 40 tons. During the probation period the driver-to-be acquires knowledge necessary for the examination at the end of the training programme. At the same time the trainee learns to complete the employer’s tasks independently and integrates into the complicated world of carriers.
    Candidates not having the driving license for CE vehicles can get it in the driving school at the current prices. The required condition for candidates is to have the driving license for Category C vehicles and be of at least 22 years of age as of the day of passing the state examination in REGITRA VĮ.
     We have trained a few drivers using a similar programme, and they successfully work for the company. The funds invested into the training of drivers return as the new drivers’ ability to use a vehicle in a rational and safe manner, to load the cargo properly and accurately and to choose optimal routes.

Repairs, assembly, balancing and trading in tyres.

    We have assembly and balancing equipment of the Italian manufacturer "SIKAM", using which we can re-assemble wheels of tractors, semi-trailers, passenger cars and various agricultural machines of different sizes (up to 52“), shapes, types and profiles.
